Increase in the minimum amount of stable and regular income

2025.01.15

Since 1 January 2025, the minimum amounts required to prove a stable and regular income, which is important in many procedures related to legalisation of stay in Poland, have increased.

For a person running an individual household, the new criterion is PLN 1,010 (previously PLN 776), an increase of PLN 234, or 30 per cent.  

For a family member, the income criterion has increased to PLN 823 (previously PLN 600), an increase of PLN 223, or 37%.
