New MOS System – Electronic Submission of Applications from April 27, 2026

2026.04.21

We would like to inform you that, in accordance with announcements from the Minister of the Interior and Administration, the full functionality of the MOS ICT system (Case Handling Module) will soon be launched.

As of April 27, 2026, users will be able to submit applications electronically for:

  • a temporary residence permit,
  • a permanent residence permit,
  • an EU long-term resident permit.

At the same time, please note that from this date, the submission of the above applications will be possible exclusively in electronic form via the MOS portal.

Important information regarding paper applications:

  • Paper applications must be delivered to the Voivodeship Office no later than April 26, 2026.
  • If the documents are received after this date, they will not be processed (they will be left without consideration).
  • In this case, the date of delivery to the office is decisive, not the date of postal dispatch.

Additionally, from May 4, 2026, it will be possible to submit applications for a residence card with the annotation: “Former holder of temporary protection” (the so-called CUKR residence card).
